Sampling The factory makes the first physical sample of the pan and a proposal for its packaging.

Approval · Green Light The sample is assessed. Shape, weight, finishes, coating, grip, function and packaging are checked. After any corrections, final approval follows. The process, step by step

Checks along the way

  1. Step 1: Listening and analysis

    We define needs, specifications, quantities, budget and timing.

  2. Step 2: Research and assessment

    We select markets and suppliers, comparing products, prices and production capacity.

  3. Step 3: Project definition

    We agree features, any customisation, packaging and supply terms.

  4. Step 4: Sampling

    We select or have made the samples needed to verify the product.

  5. Step 5: Approval · Green Light

    We share samples and specifications with the client and confirm the supply before it starts.

  6. Step 6: Production and order management

    We follow the order and, where required, the production, monitoring agreed timing and conditions.

  7. Step 7: Quality control

    We coordinate inspections and document checks against the agreed and applicable requirements.

  8. Step 8: Transport and import

    We organise transport and handle import formalities through to arrival in Italy.

  9. Step 9: Logistics and final delivery

    We handle storage and distribution through to the store, the company or the end user.

Activities are adapted to the type of product and supply.

Since 1995

We have always gone to the factory.

The Shanghai, Guangzhou and Fuzhou offices belong to the group. The people who follow the order, approve the samples and inspect production are our own staff, not agents.
