How we work
A company that decides quickly.
Decisions are taken in a handful of rooms and the people see each other every day.
The group has grown while staying the size of the people who work in it. Whoever picks a product talks to whoever photographs it, and whoever photographs it talks to whoever sells it. No decision waits a month for a signature.
In return you are asked to take responsibility early, and to say when something is not working instead of waiting for someone else to notice.

Line development, factory relationships, sampling and quality control. This is the department that works with the offices in Guangzhou, Shanghai and Fuzhou.

When the profile is needed, we arrange an interview on site: you see the department and meet the people in it.

A test, where the role asks for one
For design and photography we look at the portfolio and agree a paid test. Other roles do not need one.

Are there roles open now?

Is there travel to China?
In the buying office yes, a few times a year, when sampling or an inspection calls for it. Not in the other departments.
The daily work with Guangzhou, Shanghai and Fuzhou happens from Genoa, which is why English is required.
Is there remote work?
Not much. The warehouse, the showroom, the photographic set and the plant are physical places, and even in the offices the advantage of this group is that people talk to each other face to face.
The exact arrangements are to be confirmed, department by department.
Do you take interns?
Yes, in agreement with schools and universities. Write telling us your course and the period.
Do you reply to everyone?
We read everything. We reply when there is a role that fits the profile, and we keep the application on file.
