Data and purpose
What data, and why.
The site collects only what you write in the contact form: name, company, email, phone and the text of your request. It is used to answer that request and nothing else.
Marketing consent is separate and optional. If you give it, we use the address to send catalogues and collection updates, and you can withdraw it at any time.
The legal basis is pre-contractual measures for the request, and consent for marketing.
Retention
For how long.
Request data is kept for as long as it takes to handle the request and for twenty-four months afterwards. Marketing consent data is kept until withdrawal.
The exact periods and the list of external processors are to be confirmed with the adviser.
Rights
What you can ask for.
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, under articles 15 and following of regulation EU 2016/679. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority.
