Private label

You put the brand on. We do the rest.

Since 2011 we have developed and manufactured home and personal fragrance for other brands. Our name does not appear on the finished product.

The team guides the choice of formulation, the selection of the aromas and the custom packing. The in-house design studio draws the label and the packaging.

The work cycle

Five steps, from the scent to the box.

  1. 01

    Brief and concept

We collect the product type, audience, positioning, style, quantity, price bracket and objectives.

  2. 02

    Fragrance research

We select and develop the olfactory solution, working on notes, strength, longevity and use.

  3. 03

    Product and sampling

We define container, closure, dispenser or reeds, label, artwork and packaging, then make the samples.

The sample is approved before any production starts.

  4. 04

    Production and packing

Compounding, filling, capping, labelling, packing and checks on the finished product.

Certified and compliant with Italian regulations.

  5. 05

    Delivery and shelf

The product is prepared, delivered and distributed to the point of sale.

First question

How many pieces it takes.

It is the first thing people ask, so it sits here rather than at the bottom of a page. These are our real minimums, by format.

  • Reed diffuser 125 ml 2.400 14.400 pieces in total
  • Reed diffuser 250 ml 2.400 14.400 pieces in total
  • Diffuser refill 500 ml 4.800 28.800 pieces in total
  • Scented gecko 4.800 28.800 pieces in total
  • Fabric spray 250 ml 4.800 28.800 pieces in total

The minimum order is 6 different fragrances: the right-hand column is what that adds up to.

Below these numbers the arithmetic does not work, once manufacturing, research, procurement and laboratory costs are counted. Time matters too: a project from scratch does not ship in two months.

What we make

Home, person, gift.

Home fragrance

Reed diffusers, refills, fabric sprays, car fragrance and gels.

Personal

Olfactory solutions for the person, developed on the same chain and by the same design studio.

Merchandising and gifts

An olfactory identity to give to customers, or to sell alongside the main product.

Questions

Before you decide.

Is private label right for us?

If you are ready to invest in the project, you are not launching within two months and you can work at 2,400 pieces per fragrance, yes.

If you want a few hundred pieces with your logo on, no: it would cost more than it returns.

Who designs the label?

Our design studio, working from your brand guidelines. If you already have artwork we adapt it to the format and the print constraints.

Is the product compliant?

Yes. Production is Italian and the finished product ships certified and compliant with the regulations in force, documentation included.

Can we start from an existing fragrance?

Yes, and it is the fastest route. You choose from the existing formulations and customise everything else: bottle, closure, label and packaging.

How long does it take?

A project from scratch does not ship within two months. What takes the time is settling the fragrance and approving the artwork, not the filling.

First step

Tell us about the project.

A first conversation to understand what is needed, then a quote, artwork, fragrance selection and timings.
